Jennifer Albertis the founder and principal of JFA Search Group. She has nearly twenty years of recruitment experience, specializing in the search for sales and marketing executives within the Consumer Products and Financial Services fields. Prior to founding JFA Search Group, Jennifer spent ten years as a partner of Genesis Search Group, where she specialized in Consumer Products with a focus on Sales, Marketing and New Product Development. Prior thereto, Jennifer was a Project Coordinator at MRI, a global search firm. She is an alumna of MRI's world-class training program, and distinguished herself by consistently ranking as the #1 performer in the Consumer Products Division.
Jennifer graduated from The University of Pittsburgh, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, daughter, and poodle.
